Casinov's Terms & Conditions—In Plain English

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the Casinov platform, including the website, mobile app, and any associated services. Casinov is an online gaming and betting platform operating under a licence issued by an international gaming authority.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative for members in Bangladesh.

To open an account with Casinov, you must meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport during KYC verification.
• Accounts may not be opened or used on behalf of another person.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Casinov:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the specific market and event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled—unless the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, Casinov reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• If a match or event is rescheduled, Casinov will settle the bet at its own discretion.

For Sports Betting odds changes: the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed will apply — any subsequent changes will not affect that bet.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Casinov:

• Minimum deposit is ৳300. Maximum daily deposit limits may vary based on membership tier.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳50,000 via Mobile Pay/Nagad and ৳2,00,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit—no alternative methods are permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Casinov does not charge any transaction fees; however, fees from your payment provider may apply.

Casinov has a set of general rules for bonuses and promotions that apply to all offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement—typically between 15× and 35× the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• If multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device claim bonuses, all bonuses will be voided.
• Casinov reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer—however, bonuses already active will not be affected.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering—slots generally count at 100%, while table games count at 20%–50%.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casinov and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any attempt to fix matches or influence the outcome of an event.
• Exploiting system bugs or glitches for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited—any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Unauthorized attempts to access another member's account.

Casinov may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to submit KYC-requested documents within the specified timeframe.
• At the member's own request (voluntary break or permanent closure).
• Extended account inactivity (no activity for 12 months).

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the remaining balance will be returned. However, if closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

• Your personal information is never sold to any third party.
• Information is not disclosed unless required by a lawful authority.
• All data is stored on servers secured with SSL encryption.

Casinov is not liable for the following:

• Betting or gaming sessions interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• If a member shares their password or account details with someone else and suffers a loss as a result.
• Temporary service interruptions due to legitimate reasons such as maintenance or upgrades.

Casinov believes gaming should be fun, not a source of stress. That's why every account comes with the following free tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: Auto-reminder or logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Voluntary Break: You can put your account on a self-imposed break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: You may permanently close your account at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
